Release the Serial ATA specification 3.0

The Serial ATA Internation Organization ( SATA-IO ) has released last week the Serial ATA specification 3.0.
The new specifications are backward compatible with previous versions of the SATA specification. With the new specifications will double the bandwidth, the bandwidth peak arrives to 6 GB / sec (peak bandwidth of SATA 2 was 3 GB / sec). Other new features include: A new NCQ (Native Command Queuing) to enable isochronous data transfer for audio and video applications that require high bandwidth, the NCQ Management feature that helps optimize the performaces, improving the management of energy demand, the 'alignment with the standards INCITS ATA9-ACS.
