In Italy, 21 million Internet users

The Italians who have sailed at least once on the Internet in April 2009 were 21 million 230 thousand. This is what emerges from a report by Comscore.
From this relation we see that Italy is in fifth place in Europe for the number of unique users of the Internet. The first place is Germany, with 40 million unique visitors, followed in second place by the UK with 36 million 820 thousand, in third place France with 36 million 348 thousand, and in fourth place Russia with 31 million 303 thousand. Italy before the Spain that has 18 million 636 thousand unique users.
Considering the average number of hours that each visitor spent on the Internet in April, however, Italy falls in the ranking. The Italian Internet users spent an average of 19 hours compared with 32 hours of the Turks, the 29 hours of the inhabitants of the United Kingdom, the 28 hours of the French, the Finns 26 hours, 25 hours of Swedes, Dutch and Spanish, and 22 hours of the Germans.
Even in the middle of the pages Italians are back. Italian internet users have visited on average in the month of April 1790 pages. The Turks have visited an average of 3,044 pages, the French 2971, 2777 Finns, Swedes and Dutch in 2712, German 2601, users in the United Kingdom 2482, Spanish 2398.
